| ### **Key Responsibilities** |
| * Configure and enhance **Salesforce GTCS (CRM)** including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validations, and Lightning UI updates. |
| * Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and automation required for GTCS modernization. |
| * Support build and configuration of **Agentforce** (topics, instructions, guardrails, RAG integration, agent invocation). |
| * Configure **Salesforce Data Cloud** entities: data model, ingestion mappings, identity resolution rules, and activations. |
| * Work closely with Solution Architects & BAs to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions. |
| * Support integrations (SAP, GPM, UDH, Snowflake, Data Cloud) via REST APIs/Platform Events. |
| * Maintain org hygiene, release management, Copado pipelines, and sandbox governance. |
| * Provide production support, troubleshooting, and user administration during market rollouts. |
| ### **Skills Required** |
| * 5-15 years of Salesforce experience (Admin + Developer). |
| * Strong in **Apex, LWC, Flows**, GTCS configuration, Data Cloud (nice), and integration patterns. |
| * Experience with Agentforce or AI-led CRM workflows preferred. |
| * Familiarity with SAP integration concepts (SD/CLM/IBP), GPM pricing flows, and GTCS tendering processes is an advantage. |
| * Strong understanding of change management, Copado branching, and Agile delivery. |
| ### **Nice to Have** |
| * Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud, AI Associate, Agentforce. |
| * Experience supporting large multi-market rollouts. |
