Drive end-to-end RTR processes—including period close, general ledger governance, account
reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial reporting—while ensuring accuracy,
timely close, strong controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies. Lead
continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across entities; mentor junior
analysts; and partner with FP&A, OTC, PTP, Tax, and Compliance. Manage Team, internal &
external stakeholders. Ensure zero escalation in the process and work in a time bound
environment. The RTR Manager leads a team of analysts/senior analysts, drives
standardization, enhances process maturity, and partners with FP&A, Controllership, Tax, and
Auditors. The role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, strong compliance
(GAAP/IFRS/SOX), effective stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across the
RTR tower.
