Job Description

JD: RPA UI Path L2 Support 
Years of Exp: 4 to 7 years
Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Must-Have:

Administrate the live environment daily 

Ensure network connections and stability, maintain PCs that are dedicated to robots 

Run processes, analyse process logs 

Manage live technical environments on day-to-day basis 

Ensures that the daily activity reports are sent to Process Controller and Business Units 

Escalate and inform related parties about issues, reporting Automation related issues to L3 Technical Specialist. 

Monitors KPIs and scheduling of processes 

Password Management on regular basis.  

Manages Level 2 support requests / incidents. 

Completes basic troubleshooting steps to resolve L2 issues.  

Escalates L3 issues to L3 Technical Specialist  

Deploys schedule for automated processes in the production environment 

Manages and investigates exceptions  

Manages process workloads/designs scheduling  

Identifies improvements related to scheduling and technology 

Good to Have:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. 

The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquired mind. 

Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities. 

An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
