1. Ensure liasoning with authorities and obtain ROW permissions as per
plan for the span
2. Ensure application submissions as per specification
3. Coordinate for field visit for authorities and process demand notes
4. Liason with all goverment authroties incl. public utilities
departments, Police etc
5. Frequent support at the field during work executions to ensure smooth
execution of work
6. Coordiante and liason with public and authorities in case any
stoppage at work
7. Report and regularly update progress
