The candidate will need to be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy and hence needs to demonstrate a high degree of comfort with ambiguity besides holding a high bar on performance. <br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/><br/>• Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across the Finance Operations teams<br/><br/>• Drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes and report the health of service from Quality perspective in an easy yet insightful manner.<br/><br/>• Develop, modify, maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations process and controls<br/><br/>• Internal Audit, SOC Audits, SOX Compliance & ITGC Audits<br/><br/>• Identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement solutions that mitigate risks.<br/><br/>• Advise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls.<br/><br/>• Coordinate with multiple teams within AP, AR, R2R and Tax teams to ensure best practices are followed and implemented<br/><br/>• Partner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditors.<br/><br/>• Ensure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance.<br/><br/>• Extensive experience in risk management, assurance, internal audit or related control functions, ideally within financial services or other regulated environments.<br/><br/>• Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk governance and assurance practices, with the ability to translate risk insights into effective audit and assurance plans.<br/><br/>
- 2+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools experience<br/>- Extensive experience in risk management, assurance, internal audit or related control functions, ideally within financial services or other regulated environments.<br/>- Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk governance and assurance practices, with the ability to translate risk insights into effective audit and assurance plans.
