Summary:
As a Responsible AI Advisor, a typical day involves crafting and refining strategies that uphold the ethical and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires shaping the strategic framework for guidelines, policies, and their implementation to address and reduce risks associated with AI. The position also focuses on fostering transparency and accountability across AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance with legal standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles into business practices is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to a trustworthy AI environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of ethical AI frameworks and policies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate responsible AI practices into project lifecycles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI transparency and accountability measures.
- Ability to analyze complex AI systems and assess their societal and legal impacts.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and advisory roles to influence AI-related decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to artificial intelligence.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
