Job Description

Role: Regional Operations Manager
Experience Required: 12-15 Years
Location: Jaipur

Required Skills
Good hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT, Word and Local Area Networking etc.) 
Strong communication skills. 
Strong analytical skills 
Able to travel 70% 80% of the time 
Ability to work with cross functional teams 
Attention to Detail 
Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours 
Enthusiastic and pleasant personality 
Quick Learner 
Lead from front 

Good to Have

Good written and verbal communications 
Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities: 
Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region 
Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets 
Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region 
Build strong relationship with partners 
Review and ensure Policy Compliance 
Manage cost 
Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners 
Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance 
Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets 
Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule 
Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region 
Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis 
Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region.
Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members.
Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
