Administration & Facilities Management:
• Oversee administrative operations including facilities, housekeeping, pantry, utilities, transport, and support services across locations.
• Ensure availability and upkeep of office infrastructure, assets, and amenities.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor administration and facilities budgets with focus on cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, MIS, and audit-ready reports.
Security Management:
• Manage end-to-end security operations including guarding services, access control, surveillance systems, and incident management.
• Deploy, monitor, and evaluate security personnel across locations.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, inspections, and drills.
• Coordinate with local authorities such as Police, Fire, Municipal bodies, Guard Boards, and other regulatory agencies.
Vendor & Contract Management:
• Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage vendors for administration, facilities, and security services.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), conduct performance reviews, and manage renewals.
• Validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
Inventory & Asset Management:
• Manage inventories of consumables, stationery, uniforms, admin assets, and equipment.
• Conduct periodic physical verification and address variances or losses.
Compliance, Safety & Risk:
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to administration, security, and safety.
• Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Implement SOPs for safety, emergency preparedness, disaster management, and HSE initiatives.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead, guide, and supervise administrative executives, supervisors, and outsourced staff.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Projects, and Business teams for seamless service delivery.
• Act as single point of contact for all administration and security-related matters at assigned locations.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA / PGDM preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in Retail Administration, Security, and Housekeeping
• Experience managing multi-location retail operations
• Marathi preferred with proficiency in English
