Senior Manager &ndash; QA / QC (Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control)QualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering &ndash; MandatoryCertification inQuality Management / ISO Standards / Construction Quality Control preferredExperience10 &ndash; 18+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in large construction projects, preferably high-rise residential or commercial building projectsJob LocationProject Site / Multiple Project SitesRole OverviewThe Senior Manager &ndash; QA/QC will be responsible forestablishing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems across the entire construction project. The role involves ensuring thatall construction activities meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.The candidate will lead thesite QA/QC team, coordinate with project management, consultants, and execution teams, and ensure quality control acrosscivil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management System ImplementationDevelop and implementQA/QC policies, procedures, and quality management systems for the project.Ensure compliance withproject specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards.Monitor implementation ofquality assurance processes across all construction activities.Site Quality ControlOversee quality control forstructural works, reinforcement works, formwork systems, finishing works, and MEP installations.Ensure all works are executedas per approved construction methods and quality standards.Conduct periodicquality audits and inspections across project areas.Inspection &amp; Testing ManagementEnsure proper implementation ofinspection and testing plans (ITP) for various construction activities.Monitormaterial testing, cube testing, field tests, and laboratory tests.Ensure compliance withquality testing procedures and documentation requirements.Coordination with Consultants &amp; Project TeamsCoordinate withproject consultants, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.Participate inconsultant inspections, quality review meetings, and project coordination meetings.Ensure timely closure ofquality observations and non-conformance reports (NCRs).Quality Monitoring &amp; ReportingMonitor overallquality performance of the project.Prepare and presentquality performance reports to project leadership and management.Track keyquality indicators and improvement measures.Non-Conformance &amp; Corrective ActionsReview and manageNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised during project execution.Ensure propercorrective and preventive actions are implemented.Monitor closure of quality deviations and ensure compliance.Team Leadership &amp; DevelopmentLead and guideQA/QC Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors at project sites.Ensure properdeployment and training of quality personnel.Promote aquality-focused culture across the project teams.Documentation &amp; ComplianceEnsure proper maintenance ofquality records, inspection reports, material approvals, and test certificates.Ensure project compliance withcompany quality policies and ISO standards.Maintain proper documentation forclient and consultant audits.<h2 data-end="3733" data-section-id="1w2qisd" data-start="3705" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Inter-Bold; font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.1; color: r
