The role involves ensuring thatall construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.The candidate will lead thetower-level QA/QC team and coordinate closely with civil execution teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures across structural, finishing, and MEP works.Key ResponsibilitiesTower-Level Quality ManagementOverseequality control activities for assigned tower(s) at the project site.Ensure construction activities are executedas per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor quality compliance acrossstructural works, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and MEP installations.Inspection &amp; Quality ChecksConduct regularquality inspections at various stages of construction.Verify compliance withmethod statements, inspection checklists, and approved construction practices.Ensure proper implementation ofInspection and Testing Plans (ITP).Material Quality ControlEnsure materials used at site meetapproved specifications and quality requirements.Monitormaterial inspections, approvals, and test reports including concrete cube tests, steel tests, and other material certifications.Non-Conformance ManagementIdentify and reportquality deviations or non-conformance issues during construction activities.Raise and trackNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.Ensure timelyrectification and closure of quality observations.Coordination with Execution TeamsWork closely withcivil execution teams, finishing teams, and MEP teams to ensure proper quality control.Coordinate withtower incharges and engineers to resolve quality-related issues.Participate insite coordination meetings related to quality matters.Consultant &amp; Client InspectionsCoordinate withconsultants and client representatives during inspections.Ensure readiness of work fronts forconsultant approvals and quality checks.Address consultant observations and ensure closure.Documentation &amp; ReportingMaintain records ofinspection reports, quality checklists, material approvals, and testing results.Preparequality progress reports for assigned tower(s).Ensure proper documentation foraudit and compliance requirements.Team SupervisionSuperviseQA/QC Engineers and Quality Inspectors assigned to the tower(s).Guide the quality team ininspection procedures and quality monitoring practices.<h2 data-end="3529" data-section-id="1w2qisd" data-start="3501" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Inter-Bold; font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.1; color: rgb(35, 35, 38); margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 18px; font-size: 20px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoratio
