Job DescriptionEngineer / Sr. Engineer &ndash; QA / QC (Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control)QualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering &ndash; MandatoryCertification inQuality Management / Construction Quality Control preferredExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience inQuality Assurance and Quality Control inconstruction projects, preferablyhigh-rise residential or commercial building projectsJob LocationProject SiteRole OverviewThe Engineer / Sr. Engineer &ndash; QA/QC will be responsible formonitoring and implementing quality control procedures for assigned tower(s) at the construction site. The role involves ensuring thatall construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.The candidate will work closely withcivil execution teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure proper quality control acrossstructural works, reinforcement, formwork systems, finishing works, and MEP installations.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Quality InspectionsConduct regularquality inspections at various stages of construction for assigned tower(s).Ensure works are executedas per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.Monitor quality compliance forstructural works, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and MEP activities.Inspection &amp; Testing ImplementationEnsure implementation ofInspection and Testing Plans (ITP) for construction activities.Verifyreinforcement checks, formwork alignment, concrete works, finishing works, and MEP installations before approvals.Monitormaterial testing and field test procedures.Material Quality VerificationEnsure materials used at site meetapproved specifications and standards.Verifymaterial test reports, inspection records, and certifications including concrete cube tests and steel test reports.Non-Conformance &amp; Corrective ActionsIdentifyquality deviations and non-conformance issues during site inspections.Assist in raisingNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up for corrective actions.Ensure timely rectification of quality issues at work fronts.Coordination with Site TeamsCoordinate withcivil engineers, tower incharges, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.Ensure proper sequencing of activities to maintainconstruction quality and workmanship.Support execution teams in resolving quality-related issues.Consultant InspectionsAssist in coordinatingconsultant and client inspections for assigned work fronts.Ensure readiness of work areas forquality approvals and inspections.Address consultant observations and ensure closure.Documentation &amp; ReportingMaintain records ofinspection checklists, quality reports, material approvals, and test results.Preparedaily inspection reports and quality monitoring reports for assigned towers.Maintain proper documentation forquality audits and compliance.Technical Skills RequiredStrong knowledge ofconstruction quality standards and inspection proceduresExperience inquality control for high-rise building constructionAbility to read and interpretstructural and architectural drawings<p data-end="3661" data-start="3578" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 18px; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;
