Job TitleManager &ndash; Civil ExecutionQualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) &ndash; MandatoryExperience8 &ndash; 12 years of experience inhigh-rise building construction projectsJob LocationProject Site (High-Rise Projects)Role OverviewThe Manager &ndash; Civil Execution (Tower Incharge) will be responsible foroverall execution of a designated tower or building block within the project. The role involvesplanning, supervising, and coordinating all construction activities including RCC, masonry, finishing works, and subcontractor management to ensure timely completion with required quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTower Execution ManagementLead and managecomplete execution of the assigned tower/block from structural work to finishing stages.Ensure construction activities are carried outas per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.Monitor daily site progress and ensureachievement of project milestones.Site Supervision &amp; CoordinationSupervise and coordinatesite engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors working on the tower.Ensure propersequencing of construction activities to avoid delays.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve execution issues.Planning &amp; Progress MonitoringCoordinate with theplanning team to track project schedules and upcoming activities.Ensure timelyavailability of materials, manpower, and equipment for uninterrupted work progress.Prepare and reviewdaily and weekly progress reports.Quality &amp; Safety ManagementEnsure all works are executedas per quality standards and approved methodologies.Implementsite safety practices and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.Identify and rectifyquality issues during execution stages.Subcontractor ManagementManage and monitorsubcontractor work progress and productivity.Ensure subcontractors followquality standards and work specifications.Coordinate with billing teams forverification of executed quantities.Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely withbilling, procurement, planning, and quality control teams.Support preparation ofproject billing quantities and execution data.Participate inproject review meetings with senior management.Technical Skills RequiredStrong experience inRCC works, structural execution, masonry, and finishing worksAbility to interpretconstruction drawings and technical specificationsKnowledge ofconstruction sequencing for high-rise projectsExperience managingsite teams and subcontractorsProficiency inMS Excel and AutoCADPreferred SkillsStrong leadership and site management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood communication and coordination skills<p data-end="3328" data-start="3267" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 18px; font
