Job Description

Role: R2R - Finance and Accounts specialist
Skill: Record to Report, GA, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting
Experience: 2 years to 7 years
Job Location: Bangalore 
 
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance)

Must Have Skills:
  • 2-7 years of experience in R2R & General Accounting.
  • General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Lease Accounting.
  • Prepare/Process required Journal entries and perform Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Monitor Month Close activities and complete assigned tasks by taking ownership.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • SAP/S4 Hana
  • BlackLine
  • Possess verbal and written communication skills
  • Knows MS Excel
  • Ability to work in team
  • Escalate where necessary
Responsibility:
  • Process transactions, complete daily activities.
  • Adhere to client SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and timelines, generate metrics and report.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Peer to Peer review.
  • Co-ordination with various stakeholders, seek approvals and resolve  issues.
  • Handling queries for vendor or other stakeholders through calls and emails.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory courses and attend training on upskill / internal certification programs.
  • Actively participate and contribute to Idea Drives. Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
