Head -Quality will lead the quality function across product development, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, reliability engineering, customer quality, and field quality for Power Electronics products including PCS, Central Inverters, BESS, DC-DC Converters, EV Chargers, and Energy Management Systems.
The role is responsible for establishing world-class quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, driving continuous improvement, reducing warranty costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Education
Min Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Technical Skills Set required
