Job Description

Role: Team Lead – H2R Quality Lead
Required Technical Skill Set: Expert in Hire to Retire Domain
Desired Experience Range: 5-10 Years
Location of Requirement: Pune
Shift: Day Shift (9 AM - 6 PM IST) but should be flexible with shift timings


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Role:
• Strong understanding of end to end cycle of H2R (MDM,  Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits)
• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
• Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action 
• Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately
• Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
• Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy


Add-on Requirements:

• Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.

Good-to-Have:
• B.Com, M.Com /Post Graduate degree in Human Resource
• 1-7 years of professional experience in HRO domain
• Good understanding of H2R processes.
• Knowledge of various ERPs’- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel
