Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. Your role includes supporting data and environment configurations, actively participating in code reviews, and diligently monitoring and reporting defects. Through these efforts, you contribute to ongoing improvements that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a dynamic and integrated environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing outcomes and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality and team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Strong understanding of data storage, retrieval, and processing within large-scale environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support continuous testing and integration.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues related to data and environment configurations.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
