Driving Gold Jew WBQ & New Product Quality improvement in Rajkot region to achieve the Best Quality Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Driving WBQ initiative for Casting and Machine-made Jewellery
- Executing 3 Stage audit for the New products and implementing the best practices
- Creating and Deployment of Standards and Guideline
- Identify the root cause and complete the corrective/preventive actions
- Conducting training and awareness session on WBQ, Standards
Driving quality from source level by establishing quality processes at Production
Relevant Experience-
• 2~4 Years of Jewellery Experience in Handling Quality Operations/ MFG / Sourcing
Technical Skills in few of the Key domains like Product Inspection, Machine Made and Handmade Jewellery processes (preferable).
• Innovative Thinking
• Qualitative Mind-set
• Agile & Dynamic
• Teamwork
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Innovation Tools
• Jewellery Manufacturing Process and Lean management
• MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
