Project Manager (PM)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and transformation initiatives.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
3. Coordinate with UCQ stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, and support teams.
4. Lead governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews.
5. Manage dependencies across ServiceNow, infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams.
6. Ensure compliance with UCQ change management and release management processes.
7. Track project financials, resource utilization, and milestone achievement.
8. Drive adoption of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
9. Oversee testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
10. Ensure successful delivery of KPI dashboards, CSDM onboarding, ITOM implementations, and Employee Center initiatives.
