Job Details
To drive and enable the elements of MBR transformation at the regional level. He/she will also be responsible for creating differentiated retail experience for the retailer and the customers and will drive the growth of the stores in terms of business.

Major Deliverables
· Work closely with the regional team to identify the potential stores for effective transformation.
· Execute Transformation journey and ensure usage and effectiveness for various elements (Look & Feel, D2D, Bytech, Bytech POS, CRM)
· Leverage sales and Bytech data to enhance the effectiveness of merchandising solutions.
· Liaison with Sales team and roll out new initiatives on effective usage of CRM and organize events at a retailer’s point.
· Set up processes to drive transformation & digitization across stores.
· Design and develop Retail Marketing activities to increase walk-ins and revenue for the store.
· Ensure the training needs are met for CROs of the LHS stores.
· Implement SOPs for the LHS store operations aimed towards standardization of customer experience.
· Work with retailer and internal teams to automate processes and increase efficiencies.
· Prepare insights and use it onboard more MBR stores in the transformation journey.
· Business Development/Network Expansion as per plan
· No. of stores of LHS onboarded as agreed upon target (Quarter Wise)
· Retail Business Growth of the LHS stores
· Annual business plan for LHS stores
· Consistent customer experience across platforms
· Ensure usage of all digital elements at the store level
· Business Development Target Achievement
· Achievement of target in terms of no. LHS onboarded.
