Are you a resourceful program manager who thrives on turning complex, cross-functional challenges into clear plans and measurable outcomes?
We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing STEP program (Tier based Incentive Program for Sellers). You will join a high performing, learning-oriented, analytical team who are motivated to work hard, have fun, and make history.
As a program manager, you will be owning relationships with our selling partners and resolve their issues to better seller experience. You will be responsible for working closely with sellers, liaison with internal Product & Program teams, SPS and account management teams to identify improvement areas and solve for the same to improve the seller experience on the Amazon platform.


Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage program delivery from concept through launch, defining goals, setting milestones, tracking progress, and proactively mitigating risks to keep scope and timelines on track.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities, secure resources, and drive crisp decisions that accelerate program outcomes.
- Identify key performance indicators and success metrics for your programs, using data to evaluate progress, surface trade-offs, and recommend improvements that benefit the customer experience and business results.
- Communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations clearly to audiences ranging from working teams to senior leadership, building alignment and resolving conflicting viewpoints.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to simplify workflows, remove unnecessary complexity, and increase the productivity of the teams you collaborate with.
- Perform market studies through primary and secondary research to gather insights, collaborating with product teams to drive improvements.
- Develop dashboards and statistical models to streamline operations and increase team efficiency.

About the team
STEP is a seller tiering program that influences, guides and rewards sellers to improve customer inputs. It does so by creating a framework to tier seller basis their performance against pre-defined evaluation metrics and rewarding them differentially. Over the last two years, STEP program has driven improvements across key business metrics, such as Cancellation Rate and Late Dispatch Rate that it sought to influence. Voice of Seller (VOS) has been positive and also indicates that sellers leverage STEP to monitor their performance and improve customer experience.

Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Preferred qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
