Graduation & Experience:
✓ Graduate - B.Com / BBA / MBA
✓ Minimum experience of 4 to 10 years in End to End Service Delivery across multiple
business functions
✓ Program Governance for overall account which includes client handling, tracking of
action items and provide regular updates to internal / External stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
✓ The Program Lead is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder
satisfaction, governance compliance, resource management, and continuous
improvement.
✓ The role acts as the primary liaison between client leadership, internal teams, and
support functions to drive business outcomes, service quality, and strategic
initiatives.
