We are looking for an experienced Python SRE Production Support Engineer with 8-10 years of IT experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Python-based production support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual operational tasks.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
Manage deployments, releases, and environment support activities.
Improve system reliability, performance, and availability through SRE best practices.
Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation.
Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions.
