Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management & Financial Operations to join our Centre of Excellence supporting a leading Alternative Asset Management firm.
This role will support the Tax Compliance function, with a strong focus on operational delivery, project/program management, governance, stakeholder management, and oversight of compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
What we’re looking for: ✔ 8–10 years of experience across Tax Compliance, Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance & Accounting, Audit, or Project Management/PMO
✔ Strong project/program management and operational leadership experience
✔ Experience managing global stakeholders, external tax advisors, auditors, fund administrators, and service providers
✔ Exposure to process transformation, migrations, transitions, and continuous improvement
✔ Strong people management and team leadership capabilities
✔ Experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments, Fund Administration, Financial Services, Shared Services, or GCC environments preferred
✔ Big 4 experience at some stage of the career is mandatory
✔ MBA / CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
⭐ PMP certification is highly preferred
