Collaborate with multiple business teams including FC operations, HR, finance , supply chain, transportation, work force staffing and others.<br/><br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>* Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.<br/>* Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make.<br/>* Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities<br/>* Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.<br/>* Collaborate with global teams across Europe.<br/>* Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.
- - - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, analytics, mathematics.<br/>- - - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.<br/>- - - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- - - Experience with SQL and Excel<br/>- - - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment<br/>- - - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines<br/>- - - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent<br/>- - - Experience with operations/supply chain<br/>- - - Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the impact of labor on supply position throughout the entire supply chain<br/><br/>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
