We are seeking an experienced technical operational leader to spearhead end-to-end jewelry manufacturing at our Pantnagar Plant. This role is responsible for driving production, Material yield optimization, casting quality, and precious metal loss control across precision CAD, CAM, Casting and chemical refining processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Overseeing 3D printing, growing, and resin, finishing for defect free trees.
Precision Gold & Platinum vacuum casting with focus on high FTR Yield.
Maximizing OEE across 3D printers was injectors, and casting furnaces.
Master rubber mold creation, wax tree injection and precise assembly.
Chemical refining technologies, high purity recovery and metal accounting.
Strict inventory variance controls and process loss minimization strategies.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Production Manager.
minimum of 12 years of experience and a degree in any field. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team in our facility located in Panatnagar, Uttarakhand. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
