The Product Compliance Specialist I is expected to own and improve product verification workflows such as Bin Checks, Test Buys, Metrology, ML model labelling and behaviors — to detect counterfeit, used-sold-as-new, damaged, wrong item and expired products in Amazon’s fulfillment network. This role is expected to write and maintain SOPs, perform root cause analysis, handle escalations, train the team, and work closely with stakeholders to improve product quality outcomes. - 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent<br/>- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel<br/>- Experience working with large datasets, determining trends/patterns which can be used for value decisions
