Job Description

Role: Team Member                    
Skill:Prcoure to Pay 
Overall Experience:1 TO 4 Years
Location: Nagpur
Shift: 9:30 Am to 7:30 PM

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,  
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)



Must-Have
•Should have Finance and Accounting exposure, working Procure to pay and/or Order to Cash domains. End to end procurement process understanding. Hands on experience in operating on AP workflow, P2P cycle, invoice validation process, VAT input requirements. Knowledge of process steps like Indexing, invoice processing, query resolution and payments. Understanding of P2P controls and compliance.    


Good To Have Skills:
•Proven experience within Purchase to Pay / P2P role, Oracle essential. Any process improvements within P2P process.

Job Responsibilities:


1 Manage daily volumes within the process compliance with 98% accuracy. 
2 Ability to comprehend vendor invoices, PO and supporting documents 
3 Ensure correct queries are raised – as per SOP 
4 Liaise with payments and disbursements teams
5 Understand and ensure VAT compliance in processes
6 Knowledge on dispute management
7 Specialist will review accounting coding and approvals, answer vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
8 Adhere to TCS code of conduct, compliance

Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID would be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the iBegin website
