Job Description

Role:Process Associate
Domain: Property & Casualty Insurance domain
Job Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Required Qualification: Graduate


Required Skillset Details:

Domain related:
Relevant experience of handling P&C Auto and Property Insurance, Auto Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing related tasks (FNOL, Subrogation, Renewals, Cancellations etc.)
Knowledge of the P&C Insurance principles and applied experience
Responsible for maintaining high standards of Performance, SLAs & innovative solutions
Relevant experience of handling general insurance · Knowledge of the insurance principles and applied experience

Soft Skills:
-Good communication skills – Written and Oral (good to have) 
-Focus on customer service with an end objective to resolve issues
-Empathy focused approach in dealing with customers

Computer related skill:
-Should have a working knowledge of computer basics (Word, Excel and PPT)

Responsibilities:
-U.S Shift (Need to be Flexible on Shift Timings
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment
-Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned area
-Ability to provide a consistently high level of quality customer service
-Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with Client
-Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals
-Ability to meet and sustain daily targets performance, attendance, and behavioral standards
-Ability to work flexible hours / overtime as required (including weekends)
-Problem Solving Skills - Positive attitude
