Lead a strategic Data & Analytics across MALS portfolio, owning overall client success, delivery excellence, financial performance, talent leadership, and growth. Act as the primary leadership face for the portfolio and drive transformation through data, AI, analytics, and cloud-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Leadership

  • Good experience across Manufacturing, Automobile, Life Sciences business domain aided with past hands-on experience on Data & Analytics technology
  • Own end-to-end portfolio performance across delivery, customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide executive governance for complex engagements and transformation programs.
  • Drive operational excellence and risk management across accounts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Data, Analytics, AI, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead executive reviews, business planning discussions, and strategic engagements.
  • Improve account health, customer satisfaction, and renewal performance.

Business Growth

  • Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts. Use hunting, farming, delivery led sales strategies for growth.
  • Partner with sales and solution teams to expand services, increase wallet share, and drive new wins.
  • Support bid management, solution reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Meet revenue, margin, and pipeline objectives.

Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of Data & Analytics programs.
  • Drive governance, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage portfolio risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Champion innovation, automation, GenAI, and data modernization initiatives.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor delivery leaders, program managers, and architects.
  • Direct Involvement in driving people supply chain across MALS portfolio
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer value.
  • Drive employee engagement, capability development, and retention.

Financial Management

  • Own portfolio P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, and productivity metrics.
  • Monitor financial health and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Implement actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Primary skills

  • 20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Technology Services.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, AI/GenAI, cloud platforms, and data governance.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivery management, customer engagement, and business growth.
