We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Database, PL/SQL development, query optimization, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing database solutions, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL applications.
Develop and optimize complex stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views.
Perform query tuning and database performance optimization.
Analyze business requirements and provide scalable database solutions.
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Drive continuous improvements in database architecture and development processes.
Expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
Strong SQL querying and performance tuning experience.
Experience in database design and data modeling.
Hands-on experience in production support and issue troubleshooting.
Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Unix/Shell Scripting.
Exposure to ETL/Data Migration projects.
Knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports or Oracle APEX.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Cloud platforms and AI-assisted development tools.
