Job Title: People Business Partner (Retail)- RO North

Job Details:

Act as a liaison between the employees and the management to align the business objectives with the employees and drive all the HR process in the designated business unit. The role is expected asses the current and future business needs; act as an employee champion and as a change agent to drive the business strategy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Talent Management & Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with the regional business leadership team to identify & close manpower requirements and manage the requisition process.
  • Ensure 'Right Fit' into a role - either through internal movements or external hiring.
  • Use data analytics (longevity in a role/ business productivity/ individual performance etc.) to drive recruitment/ mobility across the region JOB DESCRIPTION Strictly Confidential: For use within Titan Company Ltd. only.
  • • Ensure new employee induction & readiness before deployment in the role especially for customer facing roles.
  • • Create a ready pipeline of external candidates for store roles (leverage local campuses/ job fairs/ walk-ins).
  • • Implement & execute the performance management calendar (goal setting, continuous performance management, final appraisals).
  • Collaborate with the regional commercial team & corporate HR team for incentive payouts for store staff.

b. Employee Connect & Engagement:

  • Ownership of the engagement calendar and implement the same for the division/ region Store Open House, 1-1 with Regional Employees.
  • Driving holistic employee wellness across the region.
  • Participation in Regional/ National Events 

c. Employee life-cycle management & HR Operations:

  • Attendance and Discipline – Ensure proper discipline and hygiene at stores through constant engagement with Store Managers & Attendance system vendor.
  • Reward & Recognition - implement the R&R process.
  • Statutory Compliance – Keep a track of HR Compliance for the store and get the necessary done through the vendors.
  • MIS and Data: Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data metrics.
  • Franchisee support role.

d. Employee Development:

  • Facilitate completion of Individual Development Plans of employees.
  • Facilitating GPTW manager certification with Corp L&D (developing, thanking and caring).
  • Coaching for Diversity & Inclusion with Corp D&I 


Work Experience

Education MBA (HR)/ PGDPM/ PGPM specializing in HR Relevant

Experience 2 to 4 yrs of experience in HR with handling HR Business Partnering in Retail/ FMCG/ BFSI/ Pharma industry in front end operations.
