Job Details (New requirement) 

HR professional with 6 to 8 years of experience, primarily contributing in Employee Relations (ER), data-driven reporting, and workplace compliance. Strong expertise in managing employee concerns, driving structured review mechanisms, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and engaged work environment. 

External Interfaces:

Audit Bodies (OHSAS, ISO, QMS auditors)  

Government Authorities (Labour Department, Safety Inspectors)  

Consultants (HR, Compliance, EHS advisors)  

Training & Wellness Service Providers  

Material Safety / Compliance Agencies 

Internal Interfaces 

Plant Leadership / Management Team  

Line Managers & Supervisors  

Employees / Workmen / Union Representatives  

HR Team (COEs, Payroll, Talent, HRBP)  

EHS, Quality, and Operations Teams  

Committee Members (Works Committee, Safety Committee, etc.) 


Employee Relations (ER) 

Ensure a stable, compliant,  

and positive IR environment 

Timely grievance resolution, improved trust, reduced conflicts 

Grievances resolved % within SLA, closure time of cases, reduction in escalations, employee satisfaction score 

Daily Work Management (DWM) & Reviews 

Enable structured tracking and

Good understanding of workplace safety, employee engagement, and plant-level operations with effective stakeholder management skills.
