Job Summary

Experience – 15+ years in strategic product partnerships or alliances, having worked across different tiers of partners

  • Having relationships at multiple levels within the partner org
  • Strong understanding of AI landscape, including being able to brief product managers on the landscape
  • Able to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Influence vs authority
  • Ability to build new partnerships from scratch

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities –

  • Partner Management
    • Create alignment between neo.ai and partner GTM programs
    • Map Partner capabilities across key pillars – Applications, Infra, Hyperscalers and AI-Technology – to neo.ai’s product roadmap
    • Leverage the larger HCLTech ecosystem to drive prioritization, and commercial advantages
    • Build exec level connect and sponsorship between the two teams, ensuring alignment on joint business goals
  • Partner capability leverage
    • Provide structured capability briefs to the product leaders, ensuring we partner instead of build where needed – including partner technology, roadmaps, and competition activity
  • Niche Partnerships
    • Build niche partnerships for white spaces within the neo.ai customer
    • Build product-level business case, driving joint planning between neo.ai and the partner
    • Manage onboarding of new partners for accelerating specific delivery models e.g. integration, documentation, automation
