As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud deployment models and best practices for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks to streamline cloud resource management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environment issues and optimize resource utilization.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
