Job Description

Role: Team Lead
Skill:Financial Order to cash
Overall Experience:3 TO 6 Years
Location: Delhi


Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,  
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)





Must-Have
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, Income recording, Cash apps, Refunds & Reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/servicenow) for O2C processes.
• Ability to manage billing accuracy, payment application, and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good To Have Skills:
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to global O2C processes and multi-currency transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, invoicing, and collections.
2. Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
3. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams for smooth process execution.
4. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
5. Prepare and analyze aging reports, cash application reports, and collection forecasts.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to SLA/KPI targets.

Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID would be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the iBegin website
