Black Belt - Operational Excellence & Transformation (Band 5/6)
Location – Kolkata
Role Purpose
Drive operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma projects, process transformation, productivity improvement, automation enablement, and quality enhancement across BFSI operations. Partner with delivery, quality, transformation, and client stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, execute continuous improvement programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role will support the Operational Excellence leadership team in implementing transformation initiatives across banking and financial services operations including Retail Banking, Cards, Payments, KYC/AML, Disputes, Consumer Banking, and Trade Operations.
Experience
· 10 to 16 years of overall experience
· Minimum 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Quality, or Process Excellence roles
· Strong exposure to BFSI/BPO/BPM operations
· Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Mandatory)
· Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
