Build and scale modern cloud-native solutions that keep data moving reliably and securely. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with OpenText Exstream to design and deliver robust pipelines and services, leveraging Kafka for high-throughput streaming and Jenkins to automate build, test, and release workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities—improving performance, resilience, and developer experience along the way. OpenText Exstream Development
Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels.
Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business requirements.
Document Composition & Integration
Design document templates, forms, and correspondence packages using Exstream tools.
Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery.
Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and workflow systems.
Testing & Support
Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
Support deployments, release activities, and production migrations.
Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.
Collaboration & Quality
Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
AI Enablement (as applicable)
Support AI-driven document automation, communication optimization, and platform integrations where relevant.
