Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) Sourcing function for the West Region, covering vendor development, design brief execution, prototype development, selection, product coding and launch readiness. Drive vendor capability, NPD timelines, commercial outcomes and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Design, Quality and other stakeholders.
8–12 years of experience in jewellery sourcing, NPD, product development, merchandising or jewellery manufacturing, with experience in managing vendors and cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of jewellery product development, costing, gold/diamond weights and commercial parameters.
