We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect with 9-15 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, providing technical leadership, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Microservices.
Lead application modernization, cloud transformation, and migration initiatives.
Design scalable and resilient systems leveraging Azure cloud services, containers, and event-driven architectures.
Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, security frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions, effort estimations, and technical risk assessments.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementations, and application performance optimization.
Required Skills
9-15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with Azure Cloud Services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL, and Storage Services.
Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
Experience in application security, authentication, authorization, and performance tuning.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to event-driven architecture, message queues, and distributed systems.
Experience in React, Angular, or modern front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and cloud-native development.
Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent
Master's Degree: M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent (preferred)
