    • 800m Run (40 Marks): < 124.2 sec (Male) | < 176 sec (Female)
    • Long Jump (30 Marks): > 5.57 meters (Male) | > 4.36 meters (Female)
    • Shot Put (30 Marks): > 8.76m (7.26kg) (Male) | > 7.20m (4.00kg) (Female)
  • Stage 3: Document Verification
