Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, scorecards, and dossiers.
Create and manage MicroStrategy metadata objects, including attributes, facts, metrics, hierarchies, filters, and prompts.
Develop ad-hoc reports and interactive visualizations to support business decision-making.
Work closely with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to MicroStrategy Intelligence Server.
Develop and support ETL and data warehouse integration for reporting solutions.
Implement security and user access controls within the MicroStrategy environment.
Schedule and monitor report execution, subscriptions, and distributions.
Perform data validation, testing, and ensure data accuracy across reports and dashboards.
Provide production support, defect fixes, and enhancements for existing BI solutions.
Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Strong experience with MicroStrategy BI Suite (Reports, Dashboards, Dossiers, Documents).
Knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and Object Manager.
Experience in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Dimensional Modeling, and ETL processes.
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
Knowledge of MicroStrategy security administration and user management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
