Key Responsibilities
- Develop piping layouts, equipment layouts, and 3D piping models.
- Prepare piping GA drawings, piping isometrics, and piping MTOs.
- Route piping considering P&IDs, equipment interfaces, accessibility, maintenance, and constructability.
- Perform 3D model reviews and clash checks.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil/structural, and instrumentation teams.
- Incorporate engineering comments and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D plant design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D or AVEVA E3D.
- Good understanding of piping components, valves, fittings, supports, and piping material specifications.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, piping specifications, and equipment drawings.
- Working knowledge of piping standards, including ASME B31.3 and ASME B16 series.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in an EPC company or engineering organization handling oil & gas, petrochemical, or process plant projects.
