Marketing Manager- Digital & Content (B2B)

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage the digital marketing calendar.
• Design customer acquisition journeys across awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversion stages.
• Develop paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders on digital strategy, budgets, and execution plans. 

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, industry portals, and lead-generation partners.
• Build and execute targeted campaigns for HR, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, and CXO audiences.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track and report key metrics such as Traffic, Leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, CPL, CPQL, and Lead-to-Opportunity conversion.
• Deliver qualified leads that contribute to revenue growth. 

3. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

• Manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other automation platforms.
• Build automated lead nurturing journeys and lead scoring frameworks.
• Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through targeted engagement programs.
• Ensure seamless lead handoff and collaboration with sales teams.
• Manage landing pages, customer data, campaign tracking, and marketing automation operations. [

4. Content Marketing & Campaign Management

• Create and execute content-driven marketing campaigns.
• Develop case studies, brochures, whitepapers, gifting solution guides, and thought leadership content.
• Create digital assets including emailers, banners, videos, infographics, and campaign creatives.
• Develop personalized communication for key accounts and industry segments.
• Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines. 

5. Website & E-commerce Management

• Manage website performance and user experience initiatives.
• Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance website effectiveness.
• Support digital commerce initiatives and online lead acquisition efforts. 

6. Sales Enablement

• Develop and maintain corporate gifting presentations, catalogs, and sales collateral.
• Create industry-specific marketing materials for Employee Recognition, Long Service Awards, Channel Rewards, Milestone Programs, and Festive Gifting.
• Support sales teams with relevant content and marketing tools to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Drive digital distribution of catalogs and sales materials. 

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards for campaign performance monitoring.
• Analyze digital marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track business KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize marketing investments.
• Present insights and reports to management and business stakeholders. 

8. Agency & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard marketing, creative, and digital agencies.
• Manage agency relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor deliverables against agreed SLAs and SOWs.
• Continuously evaluate vendor effectiveness and recommend improvements or renewals. 

Educational Qualification

• MBA from a premier institute, preferably with a specialization in Marketing. 
• Performance makreting specialist
• Google-certified professional in SEO and SEM preferred. 
• Certifications or hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms preferred. 

Relevant Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation roles. 
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing campaigns. 
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Corporate Gifting, or Digital Agency environments. 
• Hands-on experience in managing digital acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other lead-generation channels.
