Job Description

Role: Mandarin Language Specialist  - Team Member
Skill: Finance and Accounting
Experience: 3 years to 6 years
Job Location: Pune / Bangalore
 
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline

Must Have Skills:
  • 3 to 6  years of Experience supporting China/APAC markets. 
  • Mandarin proficiency with HSK Level 3 or above certification.
  • Process PO, Non-PO, and BPO invoices in accordance with client guidelines. 
  • Perform invoice validation, indexing, coding, exception handling, and workflow routing. 
  • Manage invoice rejection queues and follow-up activities
  • Exposure to global financial services clients. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced SLA-driven environment. 
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Exposure to F&A Process
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing within SLA timelines
  • Handle vendor and stakeholder queries in Mandarin and English.
  • Review and process employee expense reports.
  • Validate policy compliance and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with business units to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
