Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end trade operations and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
  • Handle and maintain strong client relationships, providing effective issue resolution and service support.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring productivity, engagement, and performance delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and client requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, risk management, and compliance within trade operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Trade Finance products, including:
    • EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System)
    • IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System)
    • Letter of Credit (LC)
    • Bank Guarantee (BG)
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven team handling and people management experience.
  • Experience in trade operations, banking, financial services, or BPO environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality customer service.
