Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and manage large-scale programs (250+ FTEs) and offshore customer journeys.

  • Own end-to-end operations delivery, transitions, transformation initiatives, and P&L management.
  • Drive operational excellence, customer experience, productivity, and process improvements.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver business objectives and transformation outcomes.
  • Ensure resource planning, capacity management, and service delivery excellence.
  • Lead digital transformation programs and support complex project transitions.
  • Resolve operational challenges through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required

  • Experience in client-facing consulting, technology, or professional services environments.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in a multinational BPO/operations environment.
  • Strong project and program management expertise.
  • Experience using analytical and statistical tools for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Graduate degree.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in large-scale operations and transformation programs.
