Job Description

Purpose of Role: To coordinate shop floor assembly, integration, testing, commissioning and deployment activities of AUV, ROV and other underwater systems while ensuring schedule adherence, quality compliance and successful sea-trial execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionPlan, monitor and execute shop floor activities to meet project schedules.Coordinate resources, materials and manpower for timely delivery.Track progress and resolve execution bottlenecks.Mechanical IntegrationLead assembly and integration of underwater mechanical systems and subsystems.Coordinate integration activities with electrical, electronics and software teams.Support acceptance testing and qualification activities.Testing & TroubleshootingDiagnose system-level issues during integration and testing.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Support environmental, operational and qualification testing.Trial Planning & ExecutionPlan and coordinate harbour trials, commissioning activities and sea trials.Support deployment, recovery and validation of underwater systems.Technical DocumentationPrepare assembly procedures, SOPs, integration plans, test procedures and reports.Maintain configuration records and technical documentation.Vendor & Customer CoordinationInterface with vendors for fabrication, inspection and issue resolution.Coordinate with internal and customer stakeholders for project execution
