Qualification : Graduate in Electronics Engg. from reputed institute     (With good academic track records)

Experience     : Between 5 to 8 years, preferably in Automobile / Engineering Industry

Location         : Bajaj Auto Ltd, Waluj – Aurangabad (Maharashtra) – 3WH

Age                 : Around 27 years

 

 

Brief job Description:

  1. Breakdown Maintenance
  1. Attending Equipment Breakdown & restoration
  2. Happened cases Why Why analysis – Root cause analysis.
  3. Planning & execution of countermeasures on happened breakdowns.
  4. Horizontal deployment of happened cases countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
  5. Maintaining equipment wise breakdown history.
  6. MTTR Kaizens for time consuming Breakdown.
  7. MP point generation
  8. Achieve & sustain zero breakdown.
  1. Preventive Maintenance
  1. Preparation & execution of PM check sheet & schedule for Production / peripheral equipment.
  2. PM check sheet with Inspection & repair (IR), Time based Maintenance (TBM- replacement), Condition based maintenance (CBM) points.
  3. Recording equipment-wise abnormalities.
  4. Planning & execution of PM abnormality restoration
  5. Planning & execution of countermeasures on PM abnormalities.
  6. Horizontal deployment of PM abnormality countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
  7. Planning & execution of life enhancement (MTBF)Kaizen.
  8. Identifying equipment for corrective maintenance
  9. MP point generation
  1. Corrective Maintenance
  1. Deciding & finalizing scope of corrective maintenance
  2. Planning & execution of corrective maintenance.
  3. Upgradation of obsolete controllers / PLC.
  4. Cockpit concept
  5. MP Point generation
  1. Spare part planning
  1. Able to understand m/c drawings.
  2. Identify consumable & insurance spares.
  3. Maintain minimum spare inventory.
  4. Kaizens on cost reduction & life enhancement.

  14. Operation & maintenance of power distribution system & substation
