Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation Upgrade standards and specification on period basis to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines) Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses Applicant should have thorough knowledge and experience of Civil & Interiors works in a campus like setup Manage other Infrastructure related works. Strong project management and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
