The Lead – Formwork – Site is responsible for end-to-end planning, supervision, and execution of formwork activities at the project site. The role ensures timely, safe, and quality erection, dismantling, and reuse of formwork systems in line with structural drawings and construction schedules. The incumbent manages formwork teams, coordinates with engineering, procurement, and safety departments, and ensures cost-effective use of materials and labour to meet the project's formwork cycle and productivity targets.
